Supervision Philosophy
For me supervision is a co-vision, a process where we look at your coaching and mentoring practice together. It is not me supervising you, it is us together taking a super – vision of your practice for you to develop and grow. I meet you where you are, and I walk with you to where you want and need to go.
I provide a safe setting for you to be able to explore your practice, values and ethics, your relationships with clients and yourself and the systems you work and live in.
Supervision is a fluid and playful process of cocreating where I openly share my experience and knowledge, involving you in concrete and personal conversations to support you to move forward. Expect me to be concrete and direct and to engage the whole you – your mind, emotions, and your felt sense. It is my privilege to bring awareness, clarity of choices, and if you choose action to your life. The change itself is up to you.
Interests, free time
Transpersonal psychology, music and movement. I love spending time with interesting and hearty people, preferably outdoors, and travelling. I have a regular meditation and yoga practice.
