Supervision Philosophy
My practice in coaching, mentoring and supervision is rooted in Gestalt therapy, centered in increasing awareness, freedom, and self-direction.
I see supervision as a voyage of discovery toward personal growth and balance.
On that voyage I offer empathy and acceptance, co-learning, space for reflection, bird-eye view, and ethical guidance.
Supervision relationship, for me, is safe, warm, free space for pause and contact with ones needs and wants.
Interests, free time
I spend most of my free time with my family (2 children, husband, dog, sister, niece). I dance (Brain Dance, creative dance) and Nordic walking for my soul. I love the sea, reading books, a good glass of wine and my friends who I consider to be my family we choose.
Motos
I believe that every person has the potential for happiness, growth and realization of his or her own dreams.
Moto (more important with age): Carpe diem!
