My Philosophy of Supervision
Supervision for me is a nurturing space—where both supervisor and supervisee thrive.
It’s a collaborative, reflective partnership where we explore inner worlds, systemic influences, ethical tensions, and professional growth.
A metaphor that came out of my supervision training was this: I offer a space that feels like a turtle with a rocket on its back and rabbit ears—steady and grounded, yet adaptable, curious, and deeply attentive.
My supervision practice integrates a systemic, constructivist, and solution-focused approach.
I’m committed to co-creating clarity and emotional safety, while also inviting discomfort when it leads to insight. I see supervision as a space where we slow down, reflect, and ask not only “What happened?” but also “What does this say about me, my values, and how I work?”
And also questions like: “What do I really want?” and “Who do I want to be?”
Who I Work With
I supervise coaches, team coaches, leaders at all levels, and L&D professionals. My background in coaching, training, mentoring, and leadership development equips me to navigate complexity—whether you’re seeking growth, addressing challenges, or balancing multiple professional roles.
Languages: English, Serbian, Croatian, Bosnian
Based in: Kruševac, Serbia
Hobbies & Interests
Outside of my supervision practice, I find joy in reading (especially those books that open new ways of thinking), spending time in nature, and letting it become a reflective partner when the moment invites it. I’m passionate about exploring creativity—through words, visuals, or simply new ways of expression.
Connection matters to me deeply. I love being part of communities, exchanging insights, and supporting others in their journeys. I volunteer regularly, believing that contribution and belonging are essential parts of living and working with purpose.
I also enjoy writing and publishing as a way of processing insights and sharing inspiration with others.
Moto
“In slowing down, I reconnect with myself—so I can walk beside others as they reconnect with themselves. Through reflection, curiosity, and presence, I hold space for growth that is rooted in self-awareness and nourished through connection.”
